We always begin working with the end goal in mind - stunning imagery of your precious loved ones adorning the walls of your home.
Don’t get caught out as the parent who only has iphone photographs and loses them all when their phone breaks! Instead create heirloom artwork with us that will be sure to stand the test of time.
To start with, we recommend looking around your home and try to find spots that could do with some life being injected in with gorgeous framed prints. Questions to ask yourself before your session;

Who do you want to give gifts to? Is your session around a gift giving time of year such as mother’s day or Father’s day (think pressies for Grandparents too!)

Who would you love to have in your session? Would Grandma and Grandad adore a professional photograph with your children? Bring them along!
Payment process: A Session fee covers your time in the studio and is due at the time of booking, this secures your appointment date and time in my diary.
Session fees are: £50 for family / sitter (6-9mths), and first birthday celebration sessions. Newborns sessions are £100 and are longer so there is plenty of time for feeding and soothing cuddles. Packages and Images are additional. Click here for package options
Package selection will be made at your viewing session around 2 weeks after your photo shoot.

We take appropriate steps to maintain our contact information in a secure environment to prevent unauthorised use. Our processors are bound by contract to do the same.
DATA RETENTION POLICY
Customer data including contact details and images from the customer’s photoshoot are held for 1 year from the date of the photoshoot session. The information is held, securely, Holly & Ivy Photography offer all customers a 1 year warranty. Customers often come back, after many years, wanting images from their previous photoshoot. For this reason we retain data and images for a maximum of 1 year. Images are held digitally and we cannot guarantee that all images will be retained from the photoshoot due to the technical nature of the storage. Customers have the opportunity to unsubscribe, change their preferences or have all their data, including images, removed from the studio’s system at any time.
After 1 year (or before, if requested) images and data are removed digitally and completely from the system.
